MailFlow Pro Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 28, 2026
MailFlow Pro is a Chrome extension for sending and managing personalized email campaigns from email accounts connected by the user. The extension is local-first and does not use a developer-operated backend server.
Single Purpose
MailFlow Pro imports recipient data from CSV or JSON files, personalizes messages with template fields, sends or prepares emails through Gmail, Google Workspace, Outlook, Hotmail or Microsoft 365 accounts chosen by the user, and shows local campaign progress.
Information Handled
MailFlow Pro handles the following data only to provide its email campaign features:
- Names and email addresses imported by the user or returned by Google/Microsoft profile APIs.
- Email subjects, message bodies, template fields and recipient rows imported by the user.
- OAuth access tokens, refresh tokens, account identifiers and provider settings for connected Gmail, Google Workspace or Microsoft accounts.
- Webmail session data from Gmail/Outlook pages when the user chooses session API or web automation.
- Campaign status, delivery results, timing preferences and local event history.
MailFlow Pro does not collect health information, payment information, location data, browsing history, credit information, analytics events, advertising identifiers or unrelated website activity.
Storage And Retention
Campaigns, jobs and recipient data are stored locally in the browser using IndexedDB. Settings, connected
accounts and OAuth tokens are stored locally using chrome.storage.local. This data remains on the
user's device unless the user deletes it, disconnects accounts, clears extension data or uninstalls the
extension.
Data Transmission
MailFlow Pro transmits data only to the email and identity providers selected by the user:
- Google OAuth and Gmail APIs for Gmail or Google Workspace sending.
- Microsoft login and Microsoft Graph APIs for Outlook, Hotmail or Microsoft 365 sending.
- Gmail or Outlook webmail endpoints when the user chooses session API or web automation.
MailFlow Pro does not transmit campaign data, tokens, contacts or message content to a developer-operated server.
Data Sharing And Sale
MailFlow Pro does not sell, rent or transfer user data to third parties for advertising, analytics, profiling or unrelated purposes. Data is shared only with Google or Microsoft services when required to provide the email sending feature requested by the user.
Google API Limited Use Disclosure
MailFlow Pro's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google API data is used only to authenticate the user's selected account and send emails requested by the user. It is not used for advertising, profiling or unrelated analytics.
User Control
Users can disconnect connected accounts from the extension options page. Users can remove local extension data by clearing the extension's storage in Chrome or uninstalling the extension.
Security
MailFlow Pro uses HTTPS endpoints for Google and Microsoft API communication. Sensitive tokens are stored in Chrome extension local storage and are not exposed to ordinary web pages by the extension.
