MailFlow Pro Privacy Policy

MailFlow Pro is a Chrome extension for sending and managing personalized email campaigns from email accounts connected by the user. The extension is local-first and does not use a developer-operated backend server.

Single Purpose

MailFlow Pro imports recipient data from CSV or JSON files, personalizes messages with template fields, sends or prepares emails through Gmail, Google Workspace, Outlook, Hotmail or Microsoft 365 accounts chosen by the user, and shows local campaign progress.

Information Handled

MailFlow Pro handles the following data only to provide its email campaign features:

MailFlow Pro does not collect health information, payment information, location data, browsing history, credit information, analytics events, advertising identifiers or unrelated website activity.

Storage And Retention

Campaigns, jobs and recipient data are stored locally in the browser using IndexedDB. Settings, connected accounts and OAuth tokens are stored locally using chrome.storage.local. This data remains on the user's device unless the user deletes it, disconnects accounts, clears extension data or uninstalls the extension.

Data Transmission

MailFlow Pro transmits data only to the email and identity providers selected by the user:

MailFlow Pro does not transmit campaign data, tokens, contacts or message content to a developer-operated server.

Data Sharing And Sale

MailFlow Pro does not sell, rent or transfer user data to third parties for advertising, analytics, profiling or unrelated purposes. Data is shared only with Google or Microsoft services when required to provide the email sending feature requested by the user.

Google API Limited Use Disclosure

MailFlow Pro's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google API data is used only to authenticate the user's selected account and send emails requested by the user. It is not used for advertising, profiling or unrelated analytics.

User Control

Users can disconnect connected accounts from the extension options page. Users can remove local extension data by clearing the extension's storage in Chrome or uninstalling the extension.

Security

MailFlow Pro uses HTTPS endpoints for Google and Microsoft API communication. Sensitive tokens are stored in Chrome extension local storage and are not exposed to ordinary web pages by the extension.
